Deal Tray United States — Action Bullet Resistant

The Transaction Point Is Only As Safe As Its Weakest Part

Your barrier system is only complete when every opening is accounted for. We build deal trays, package passers, speak-thrus, and gun ports that close the gap — custom-engineered in the United States to fit your exact setup.

USA-Manufactured Since 1992

Every accessory is engineered and built in West Islip, New York — no overseas supply chain risk on security-critical components.

Independently UL 752 Rated

Our products carry independently verified UL 752 ballistic ratings — not assumed ratings based on material thickness or manufacturer claims.

Protective Glazing Council Member

We are active members of the PGC and NGA, and published in the 2010 Edition of the Protective Glazing Manual used by architects nationwide.

Over 100 Years Combined Experience

Our engineering and fabrication team brings more than a century of combined experience in storefront, architectural metals, and ballistic systems.

Stainless Steel Deal Tray United States

What Actually Happens at the Transaction Point

A deal tray is a shallow, recessed or countertop-mounted tray used to pass cash, documents, or small items through a bullet-resistant barrier. It sounds simple. But in practice, it is the most active opening in your entire security setup — and the one most often specified without a second thought. Most facilities focus their attention on the glazing and the frame. The deal tray gets picked from a catalog, sized to fit, and installed without scrutiny. The problem is that a tray without a proper ballistic rating, without anti-ricochet geometry, or without a bullet trap creates an unprotected gap in an otherwise complete barrier. That gap is exactly what we are here to address. We manufacture stainless steel deal trays in the United States in both countertop and counter-recessed configurations, with custom sizing available for non-standard counter heights, unusual wall thicknesses, and retrofit installations where off-the-shelf products simply will not work.

Package Passer United States — When Trays Fall Short

Not Everything Fits Through a Deal Tray

A standard deal tray handles cash, cards, and small documents. But the moment someone needs to pass a clipboard, a gallon container, a banker box, or a bag of any size, the tray becomes a bottleneck — and staff are left improvising around a gap in the system. That is where a package passer comes in. We build package passers for larger items that a deal tray simply cannot accommodate. They use an interlocking door mechanism — one side is always locked during a transfer — so barrier integrity is maintained throughout the exchange. They are available with UL 752 ballistic ratings for Level 1 through Level 3 protection, covering the handgun threats most relevant to banks, pharmacies, schools, healthcare facilities, and government service counters across the United States. If your operation regularly handles items beyond what a deal tray can manage, the package passer is not an upgrade — it is a necessity. When you need both, we can build them as part of a coordinated transaction point system rather than sourcing them from separate vendors and hoping they fit.

Speak Thru United States — Bullet Resistant Speaker

Communication Through the Barrier Has to Actually Work

One of the most consistent complaints in facilities with bullet-resistant barriers is that nobody can hear each other. Staff are shouting. Customers are frustrated. The barrier that was installed for safety has become an operational problem. We offer two types of communication accessories for transaction windows in the United States. Aperture speak-thrus are non-electronic, heavy-duty stainless steel devices that allow voice transmission across the barrier without any power source. They are reliable, low-maintenance, and well-suited for high-traffic environments where electronic systems can become a liability. Electronic bullet resistant speaker options provide amplification for louder environments or longer distances — though they do carry more maintenance considerations, including potential crosstalk and static interference over time. We also manufacture gun ports for law enforcement facilities, police stations, and government security applications where personnel need to respond to a threat from behind a ballistic barrier. These are UL 752-tested assemblies, not improvised openings. Every communication and access accessory we build is designed to integrate with the transaction window system — not bolted on as an afterthought.
