Our bullet-resistant hollow metal door and frame assemblies are expertly crafted with a “non-ricochet” design to safely capture and retain projectiles, reducing the risk of unintended injury or lateral penetration. The frames are made from cold-rolled, prime-painted steel that is precisely cut, formed, and welded to size, with ballistic armor integrated into the 2″ face for enhanced security. The doors feature prime-painted steel skins supported by reinforced channel edges, filled with ballistic armor and foam insulation to meet specified ballistic protection levels. Each assembly is delivered factory-prepped, mounted on its frame with heavy-duty, clear anodized aluminum continuous gear hinges, and ready for customization with cylindrical locks, mortise locksets, or exit devices to meet your security and functionality requirements.
