Return Policy – Stainless Steel Deal Trays

Returns

Standard stainless steel deal trays may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided the product:

• Has not been installed.

• Is unused and in original condition.

• Is returned in the original packaging.

• Has not been modified, drilled, painted, or damaged.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Shipments All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted with the carrier, and concealed damage must be reported to Action Bullet Resistant within 5 business days of receipt.

Custom Products Custom sizes, special finishes, engraved products, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Defective Products Products found to have manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at Action Bullet Resistant's discretion.
