Our wood veneered bullet-resistant doors and hollow metal frame assemblies are expertly crafted with a "non-ricochet" design to securely capture and retain projectiles, minimizing the risk of injuries and preventing lateral penetration. The frames are precision-engineered from cold-rolled, prime-painted steel, cut, formed, and welded to size, with ballistic armor integrated into the 2″ face for maximum protection.

The doors feature a fiberglass armor core paired with particle board, veneered door skins, and edge molding, combining robust security with a refined aesthetic. Ballistic Level 1 to 3 doors measure 1 3/4″ thick, while Levels 4 to 8 are constructed at 2″ or thicker for heightened defense. Each assembly is factory-prepped, mounted on its frame with heavy-duty, clear anodized aluminum continuous gear hinges, and tailored for compatibility with cylindrical locks, mortise locksets, or exit devices to ensure seamless functionality and superior security.
